What you get, when planning work starts, and how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Our service is a personalised China travel plan delivered by email — not a package tour. We do not sell flights, hotels or attraction tickets on your behalf.
Consultation is free. Nothing is charged until you approve the scope and price in writing.
Planning starts after payment is confirmed and your planning questions are answered. The first draft usually follows within 3 business days.
Refund windows: 100% before work starts; 70% before the first draft; 30% before the final plan; no refund after the final plan is delivered.
One reschedule is free within 12 months, requested before the final plan is delivered.
If we miss our agreed delivery date for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund and keep any draft already sent.
To request a refund, email nannancheerup@gmail.com with your booking name and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
